Return and Exchange Policy
- Customer should lodge a claim request within 24 hours of receiving a product
- Customer must provide the purchase proof of item from khanaan , it could be purchase invoice ,bank transaction or any other which shows that customer purchased the product from Khanaan
- Customer could return a purchased product within 7 days of purchase , please keep in mind all the seals should be intact and product should be in its original undamaged packaging
- If product packing is damaged then Khanaan reserve right to send it back to customer
- Khanaan will accept a claim if customer received a damaged , faulty or not received same as shown at our website
- There would be no change of mind option to return a product .
- No return on promotional or sale items
- Customer will send parcel at his own delivery expenses to khanaan in case of return
- Khanaan would not be responsible to refund the delivery charges
Warranty policy
- Khanaan itself will not provide warranty of any product directly .
- If there is warranty for any product it would be clearly described on product .

- Khanaan respect customers’ privacy and will not provide customers’ personal information to any third party, person ,organization or to any other
- Customers’ personal data is protected within our secure and protected system and software.
- Khanaan collect customer information for sake of order processing , improving customer services , inform our customers about sale and promotions
Khanaan will not be responsible for following
- Any direct or indirect damage to any person , third party or anyone arising from using the product of khanaan
- Financial loss of customer owing to act of God
- Loss of customer due to any unwanted situation in State
